it is quite a functional rich app and thus bulky.. only suitable for someone who wants to create a lot more indepth test scenarios and get indepth results.I was looking for a simple quick standalone app to do this so is not suitable for me at this point of time.

Was unable to make it work to test web services (Soap 1.2/Document-literal) hosted by Weblogic 10.3.1 - HTTP 415 error back.

Opinion I just started to learn your product. I think it's pretty good, have not yet grasped with built-in functions, and there are some difficulties in showing the connection strings using java. But overall I like it.

Image Recognition Plugin for Linux I was very impressed with the tools but unfortunately we do all UI work with Flex(Flash) so we cannot utilize the free Mozilla version of iMacros. I attempted to download the Image Recognition Plugin but quickly realized that it does not work for Linux (Windows only?). Considering the large number if sites migrating to Flash and the number of web developers using Linux (and Mac) it seems like a logical choice to deploy to an OS other than Win.

Seems pretty useful so far, though only just using some of the basic functionality.

Hi,I've downloaded imacros-setup.exe & installed the application. Also attempted to record a flash script. But whenever I tried to play the script, it showed me an error "Could not find macro: (Error code: -350)". Even when I executed 'Demo-Flash' & recorded the steps of calculation, it showed me same error after clicking on 'Play' button.Kindly explain me what should have to be done to get rid of this error & successfully record & plaback the flash scripts. Please do provide the price mode (i.e. Open source / Paid).Tejas

This product appeared to show promise, where I was looking for something that could enter in data in bulk to a Web form. However, I had difficulty getting data from any column in the spreadsheet besides A. In addition, the product kept crashing Internet Explorer and I would lose project information. Overall, although this does seem to be a tool that would solve my problem of bulk submissions to a Web form, the instability is too big of a concern.

The at this point has a few issues although it is easy to make the macros. They crash IE for no apparent reason.

I aborted the installation of this for the following reason:It only allowed me to install a trial version (presumably time-limited). I would have no problem eventually purchasing this (if I liked the evaluation) BUT I had tried to contact Vermont views both via email and via their two telephone numbers listed on the site. Once I learned I could only perform an XSS scan it made the product fairly useless to me. It's great I can scan YOUR websites but that does nothing for me. I would suggest crippling your trial in another manner. There's no way I would purchase the software based on its ability to scan well known servers. It's stinks of an optimized trial.
